Every engagement is month-to-month. There is no long-term contract to sign or break.
30 days written notice
You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Notice can be sent to your usual point of contact or to legal@asaasin.ai.
You own everything
You own all code, data, and intellectual property produced during the engagement — this does not change on cancellation.
Work in progress
Any work in progress at the time of cancellation is documented and handed over. Everything shipped up to that point stays with you.
How to cancel.
Send written notice to your point of contact or to info@asaasin.ai at least 30 days before the cancellation date. We will confirm receipt, document the state of any work in progress, and hand it over before the engagement ends.
